Martial Arts thread

  1. So I started taking Shotokan Karate at my University. Anyone else practice this Martial Art?

    So far it's pretty awesome. I'm getting really into it.

    I also like to practice Tai Chi. It's really calming and helps me focus. Since I started back to martial arts about a year ago, I've really noticed an improvement in my surfing as well.
    Which is to say, I guess I'm never going to stop.
