Marijuanna and Anti-biotics?

    So through exercise and not being neurotically clean I developed an infection in my fucking nipple. I've been prescribed a weeks course of anti-biotics, problem is my weekends are made for shredding my dearest Roor.
    So, does anyone know if it's a bad idea to smoke while on anti-biotics and if so why?
    I understand that smoking speeds up the blood flow and digestion, but surely that wont effect the benefits of the anti-biotics?

    i smoke on anti-biotics for my skin. mine are called doxycycline, if that helps.
