    Marijuana Tax Stamps.

    I'm not quite understanding them

does this mean I can pay $3.50/gram I have of marijuana and then

smoke it without getting charged for possesion? IM confused. lol help me out here?

  2. if only haha. it doesn't work like that, you still get charged for possession lol.

the way it works basically is they bust a big dealer and they wanna throw the book at him so they charge him for tax evasion for not buying these tax stamps and labeling his product.

  3. We have this in CT. I've been smoking a while, and I hadn't even heard of it until a few weeks ago. No one has.

It's just an extra law that you have to attach stamps to your contraband.
