Yeah they have a load of things on sale! You end up getting anything? I'm holding out for 1 strain to come on sale, it hasn't been on sale before but i'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll be on the enxt one!

Yep that's why I order from them as well, but they are a little steep with their prices on some of the items i like, plus their UFO freebies can be a bit hit and miss.

If you read their faqs page you'll see that they take some time to ship. My order took a long time time but, I eventually got my order with my free seeds. They responded to all my emails to. If its been 3 weeks I think you'll get them sometime this next week. There's always a chance customs got a hold of the package. Depending on where you live it maybe illegal. You lose money and order again but, I think you'll be fine. Just be patient. Good luck!

these guys are my preferred bank and I have quite a few orders from them under my belt. The vast majority have arrived in less that 10 days to west cost, most in around 7, but I did have one that took nearly a month and funnily enough it was over the Christmas period and it was when apparently their mail company was having some sort of strike or some other bullshit industrial action so it caused all sorts of problems. I emailed them a few times looking for updates and they got back to me that day or the following morning without fail. Have you tried asking them for your tracking code and stuff?
That is quite a while but christmas is always a bitch as USPS are particularly sticky fingered at this time of year as well.
