I just recently got busted for driving under the influence of marijuana in new jersey about 3 weeks ago. I told the cops that I smoked earlier in the night (i know i shouldnt of done that, I don't wanna hear it anymore lol) I also had a grinder in the car but there was nothing but a little bit of kief in it. I got myself a lawyer, but I am really nervous that I'll lose my license, as I have to commute from NJ to NY for work and school etc. What are the chances that I lose my license, because that's the biggest thing I'm worried about. Also if I do lose my license in NJ would I be allowed to drive in different states? PS this is also my first offense and the first time I've gotten in trouble with the law.
