As of right now, a red card is required to gain access to a dispensary. No card, no entrance. The logistics for Amendment 64 are still being ironed out and stores selling recreational bud will not open until early 2014. If you have a friend who lives here and they have a red card, they could purchase some seeds for you. I have seen seeds listed at a couple of dispensaries on Weedmaps.
