I've been looking for a while, and I am just wondering what the CURRENT status of the legalization of marijuana is going at. Any pending bills, parties, or anything like that? I just feel like staying up to date. Thanks, Arnack
And in alaska youy can have like 1/3 or half a gram (whats that going to do ) and in oregon i think theres like an insanley small ammount legal. but i heard of this like 2 or 3 years back...
Youre right, its illegal, even in Denver. But its pretty much decriminalized in every rural area across the US. I know here in Hollywood, Its a $200 fine and no jailtime for less than an ounce, but 25 years for cultivation. So as long as you arent a dumbass and toke in a place where you might offend someone, or advertise your grows to the entire neighborhood, you should be able to relax and toke without paranoia.
