i laugh at people who spend 100$ cash on seeds i have dealers and growers that supply me with whichever strains i want for free if u have no connections something to consider is average bagseed, it contains very high thc% and is worth growing even for the experienced or spend the cash on clones, guranteed female! if not then yes, lots of online stores sell seeds to canada, with no laws or setbacks but newby growing ability deminishes any advantage "high quality" seeds have
dude, there are seed shops in canada. legal seed shops. are any near you? if it's legal to sell seeds in canada, then it's probly legal to send them in the post. i may be wrong though....
