Obviously we all are aware that marijuana is not legal in the US. what i want to know is if the active compound in the marijuana (THC) is actually illegal. like, if you synthesized THC for medicinal use, would it still be a crime to use it? i dunno. i was really high last night and thought of this. im pretty sure i already know the answer but i thought there might be a little loophole in the law.
No loophole. And they already have a 'synthetic' THC. Marinol. I personally don't think it's even near as effective as the real thing.
As an user of Marijuana Medicinally, I've found Marinol to not be effective anywhere near the real thing. My guess is, if you put it to a vote, Marijuana would out weigh Marinol.
