Ok, so I keep seeing people grow weed is these nut looking things, instead if soil. What are they? What advantages of soil do they have?
Go nuts with grow nuts! It's a hydro/soilless medium. Besides the advantages of automated hydro systems, they provide better aeration than the average soil and are more reusable. One disadvantage is a less beneficial microbe population and the lack of nutrients supplied by the degrading organic matter found in most soils. Basically the same differences between most hydro & soil grows.
