yeah i don't know what oscate plant food is? but my rule to live buy is not to feed any nutes until after the third set of leaves pop. After that point, feed your plant something that is rich in Nitrogen, such as blood meal. At such a young age, be cautious about nute burn/ poisoning. To provent it, start feeding your baby with 1/8 the recommended serving listed on the bag, and see how the plant reacts, and slowly add more if the results are good! Hope this helps you!
Yup. What sergei said. I have never heard of this term for plant food. I have searched all over and there is no info for "oscate", unless its someones last name. Can u tell us what the bag or box says, or what you are trying to achieve ?
