That's called an investor. Personally I've never heard of a company that helps people start their business. You need all your permits, and state approval I'd imagine. Unless California let's anyone distribute. Possibly everything a dispensary needs that grows their own cannabis, since you want to travel with large amounts. you'll basically be doing the same minus growing unless you plan on doing that as well then you'll just be a dispensary on wheels

You need to start texting to those links I posted to get the required LIC.
I posted the info you need to get started, so go to work on those links, so you know how much money those license are going to cost.
It's not that complicated the Cannabis Licensing office people will tell the requirements you need.

If you have a lot of money and not enough time you could work something out with someone experienced in the industry. There's a lot of people looking for investors with cash.
