Thanks all for weighing in on the subject. Maine sounds cool since it is a new market there, but I think Maine is way too damn cold for me... There seem to be a lot of pessimistic peeps in this thread. Anyone actually tried getting into this business? Any advice? Looking for a partner?

I see hemp as a MAJOR cash crop of the next generation. With legalization within 10-15 years, why not invest in the agriculture of marijuana? A plant you can grow without Monsanto Corp. suing you is what farmers WANT and NEED. A military buddy and i are looking for 2 or 3 partners.
