Marc Emery's Extradition Hearing is Set

  1. I have little physical beliefs in God.. And what I've seen in my life has led me to question God's purpose.. But I also have no animosity towards God, and I am praying for Marc Emery.. Because it is a sin and a harm to the world to imprison the BC 3.

Please, go to http://cannabisculture.com and donate for Marc Emery's legal defense. If the forum administrators have a problem with the link, I'll take it down.. But please don't close this thread.

  2. what a shame.

haha, they say he's responsible for 1.1 million pounds. how the FUCK do you come up with that?

track down his seed orders, and ask the growers how much they harvested?

or just make up a REALLY high amount of pot so no one would have compassion for such a person.

    disgusting.

  3. i dont believe that Marc Emery should be extradited and tried in the U.S. he sold seeds IN CANADA, therefore he should be tried... IN CANADA!! this reminds me of the extradition of Jorge Ochoa....:

  4. Numbers and statistics speak louder than letters and words.

  5. He shipped them all over the world.. To the US as well.. That's why the DEA wants to rape him.

  6. i know that... but when i mean "IN CANADA", i mean that that is where he is from... he didnt live in the U.S... he operated in Canada, not the United States... therefore, i think he should be tried in Canada.

  7. I don't think hes in trouble in Canada I think hes in trouble here.

  8. I'd smuggle in herb for his everyday.

  9. If we ould only feel as strongly as marc emery does about pot- we would all be in a better place.

You know what our "Prince of Pot" was cocky and arogent, to this I say good.

Now for our existence to survive it is time for all of us to be cocky and arogent.

Come on, smoking marijuana is NOT BAD- WE need to help out in this fight. Smoking pot/selling seeds is not horrible- fucking people killing others, people killing themselves, goverments killing people, famine killing people, disease killing people- these are issues worth taking up our leaders time, and gaining peoples attention.

Not marc emery has sold seeds to the citizens of the US..... Big fucking deal.

  10. I never bought any of Marc's seeds because I always thought that they were too overpriced but I think his magazine Cannabis Culture is the best out there on the subject of Marijuana. Love him or hate him he's done a lot for the community and it would be a shame if he were extradited to America to serve a life sentence. He's sold a lot of seeds and if a fraction of the people that bought his seeds stood up and donated or protested this action by the Federal Government they would be speaking with a voice that could not be ignored.

How many more nonviolent people have to go to federal prison and waste their lives and taxpayer dollars before users, growers, and people that generally believe Marijuana isn't that harmful stand up?

The fate of one, is the fate of all.

    Q. "I've been told that the percentage of marijuana in prison is a very small percentage of the total number of people in prison for other drug offenses."

    ~Interviewer~

    A. "It's a pretty large number, in the sense that, certainly, in the federal system, about one out of every six federal inmates is in federal prison for marijuana. That's a very large number. There are more people now in federal prison for marijuana offenses than for violent offenses. Out of the 1.1 million people in American prisons, the marijuana offenders are not the majority. But there are a lot of them. And certainly, at a time when there's a shortage of prison space and when murderers are serving on average about six years in prison, it seems absurd to have non-violent marijuana offenders locked up in those large numbers."

    ~Eric Schlosser-Frontline, "Busted - America's War on Marijuana"~

    Stay free and stay green.

  11. Never bought his seeds and never read the magazine, but you can be damn sure I'll be sending letters to Ottawa and the media. And when I get working full time again I'll be donating to his lawyer as well.

It's about time a lot more pro-marijuana people stood up, and I can only hope this encourages them.

  12. if anything he helped poor families and they inturn made it possible by creating a high profit market for pot

if it aint illegal it's not worth more than the soil it's planeted in

americans seriously need to wake the fuck up and contest this disgusting bullshit here 'n now

junkies are only reality when their access to the drug is limited or only reached by truely criminal means... lose the iron fisted policies in place to create such states of mind and leave people the fuck alone period no spying no bullshit

hell another prime example is meth and crack

meth is risky to produce if untrainted in poor settings yet it has profit potential that pushed the poor to create it

crack isn't as pure as a more dangerous chemical basing of cocaine

just stop the shit and create quality control via alcohol/cigarette like purchase of drugs in general and you won't fucking have a problem cuz no one will buy this street level impure garbage!

  13. At least we have a martyr of some sort.

  14. Marc Emery is no different than any other international businessman. I don't see how they can put him in jail, whilst others are free to sell their products. Marijuana is a product, no different than booze or pharmaceuticals or oil or McDonalds. Marijuana is a legitimate product, and Emery has helped immensely to secure marijuana as a legal product. I foresee a time when u will be able to purchase marijuana from your local drive thru liquor store. This is going to happen with the help of ppl like Marc Emery. It's not only possible, but an easily achievable goal, unlike equality this is something which we can easily produce (marijuana) and thus, as supply and demand grows, legitimacy will follow. Before the antidrug movement in the 1980s marijuana was very close to legalization, and with today's technology, and an organized movement, It's ten times easier to achieve our marijuana goals.

  15. Our plan is already in motion. After my sister and I get enough money saved.. We'll be touring to Canada and starting our own shop.. There we will fight for marijuana liberation by speaking at rallies and doing what Marc Emery did (And still does) that so drastically changed Canada's views on cannabis.

The reason I am doing this is we need more people like Marc.. We can't all just revolve around him and follow. We need more leaders, and me and my sister are prepared to lead and teach.

By the way, when we do open a shop.. Anybody that donates over 20 dollars gets a free bubbler. Just a thought.
    :D

  16. That's awesome man, have you given any though yet to what area you're heading to?

  17. Originally it was going to be Edmonton.. My ex lives there though, and even though we're on good terms.. She really wouldn't like it.

I love the ocean, so I was definitely thinking Vancouver. Problem is, I hear it is expensive as FUCK to live there.

  18. Dude, if you end up in Edmonton I would drive the few hours to go to your shop.

If you start up in the Van...I plan to visit there eventually. But it would take longer than Edmonton.

  19. Haha, thanks so much Blazin.

Beginning next year, I am going to kick start my operation with a grow. Details will not be disclosed at this point in time. :p:p
