    OK I knew there were 500+, but 966? HOLY SHIT that's a lot of clubs. It gets better though, according to the article:

    No shit, the city council REALLY screwed the pooch with the moratorium. 186 before, now 966? Yeah, that moratorium REALLy worked out well don'cha think?
