  1. Has anyone ever seen the purple pheno hashberries? Any pictures?

  2. Search, im pretty sure Mr. Postman has a purple pheno. dude had the sickest plants. He used UVB lights to increase trichome production, his nugs looked like they were dipped in sugar.

shit was off the chain. He loved Madela, said it was a cheap seed, but a very quality seed. Im sure you will have a great time with it.

Just Search Mr. Postman, or Hashberry.

    Have fun dude! peace.

  3. Is hashberry really potent? I know its on high times and all but compared to the other strains....is it just as potent of a smoke?

  4. Well it isn't going to be one hit and quit to a seasoned smoker but yeah it is potent.

  5. did the UV tubes make a difference? i've always thought about using tanning bed tubes for that very reason after reading that UV increases resin potentcy (production?) back in the day.

that's why i'm not keen on HPS tubes. i'd rather go with MHs because their blue spectrum is closer to UV even if they don't put it out.

i already have a 4' fixture. maybe i'll buy a couple UV tubes and put that in my room with my HIDs as i'm still planning my room anyways.

i'm surprised that i NEVER heard of anyone doing UV until now.

did your friend do a grow with and without for comparison?

  6. I found the hashberry to be a wonderful plant. it grows very easily and is quite potent.the only down side In my opinion is the long curing time needed to get a truly good smoke.I sugest 2 weeks to dry and a minimum of 5 weeks to cure.

  7. yes, UV works, incredibly well in fact. get a UV bulb from a petstore, tell them you have an iquana

  8. OH, i didn't know they do UV for pets. i would have thought they would fry an animal.

well seeing as i already have the fixture... why not? i'm still thinking i might go for a tanning light as they put out other spectrums too unless pet lights are more than just blacklights too.

i always thought that one of the reasons the leaflet trim i was getting from pruning under shoplights was because of the blue actinic side lighting i used. that's really close to UV spectrum.

    actinics make flourescent colors pop.

    thanks for the info.

  9. The UV helped trichome production very greatly.
