  1. Man sues bank for $1784 billion trillion

    What a buffoon.

This is sure to get thrown out, but I thought it was funny nonetheless. I don't know if he is just trying to get attention, trying to make a point or if he is just really stupid.

I wonder where he came up with the 1784 part. Is a cool thousand million trillion not enough?

  2. Haha oh dear.....

  3. This seems like one of those stories I'd read in The Onion... It could be true, but it makes me ask myself if someone is really stupid enough to do that.

I put too much faith in my fellow humans it seems.

  4. he did it for the lulz

and no. a thousand million trillion is never enough.

  5. Did they say what he was actually suing them for?

  6. he's at it again

  7. So basically he's suing the bank for the world?

  8. LOL if he won the case, that'll be the new world order sorted for ya.

  9. Well if someone could spill hot coffee on their crotch and sue McDonalds for making the coffee too hot and win, who knows...

  10. Lol thats ridiculous.

  11. Haha. QFT

  12. Wow, why didn't I think of suing a bank for more money than the world has?

  13. hahahah wow what an idiot I wonder what lawyer took this case up?

  14. I actually had to do a Law report on that in school. The woman accidentally spilled coffee on herself, and contracted SECOND DEGREE BURNS from the coffee. A little more serious than just spilling hot coffee on yourself.

  15. Yeah it's ironic that the case is a punch line, because it's actually a really serious case. The woman spent over a week in the hospital, had skins grafts, and had like 2 years of follow up medical treatment. She was really hurt.

She originally asked McDonald's to basically cover her medical costs, they told her to shove it, and it went to court. Whoops for McDonalds.

  16. I'm on mcdonalds side.

Shouldn't they have some kinda of insurance to cover that tho? or is that what they were refusing to pay?

  17. I'm sure their liability insurance covered the whole thing when it was all over.

It was probably insurance lawyers who argued the case on McDonald's behalf.

  18. Remember last time you were at McDicks and the Drive Thru woman barely spoke a word of English?

This man wants REVENGE for all those times.
