Look up how to make RSO or hash oil, there's various ways but they all use basically the same principle. It's not hard and it'll be a good learning experience for you. How you go about it depends on what you want to do with your oil. Do some reading. Aren't you concerned about pollinating your female? Consider trashing your plant and using feminized seeds next time.
Only if it's a male that produces resin. Some do some dont.. there are tons of medical benefits from any kind of cannabis plant, even males.. but as far as getting high from a male plant its gotta be a resin producing male.
If it is a resin producing male you might actually consider collecting some of the pollen and dusting a couple buds on your female to make some good seeds
