    Right at the top of the plan In the second pic I'm pretty sure I seed pods

    you need to show a good pic of the nodes.
    And it looks like you have an infestation of spider mites too.
    Use insecticidal soap and get it on the underneath of the leaves .

    Looks like balls in the upper right, but need a closer pic.

    Looks female to me. Don't see any signs of balls in those pics.

    i agree, i see tear drop shaped young caylxes..
    but still to soon to tell give it another week

    A bit too soon to tell from my understanding. Just wait a week and see how they develop. Mine are currently at the same stage. My potential female is growing a white hair (2nd pic), so I'm becoming more certain everyday. My potential Hermie has one tear drop and one ball sack on a stem (1st pic).

    Looks male to me. The second pic in the first post shows a cluster of pollen sacks, and none of your pics show anything with a stigma, which female flowers would be showing already.

    I cant see, take close up pictures to the nodes

    I like your plant anyway though keep an eye on those yellow spots, they could be mites

    You need to put your plant on one night with moonlight. After one night on moonshine sex will appear. Happened to me,got one male and one female

    I stand corrected. He posted current closer pics. I'm not seeing any signs of a male now. I'd love to say, "CONGRATS," but like a few others have mentioned, not entirely sure yet. Should be any day now.
