Male or Female? First Time Grower.

    I have four plants that are about 5-6 weeks old. According to most websites, I should be able to tell whether they are male or female by now. They don't appear to have the white hairs (for females) or balls (for males). Can anyone tell what they are? My friend, who has grown marijuana in the past, thinks they are female but isn't sure.     Trying to think of something funny to say about Dr Pepper being only one we know is a dude yet. Lol too early to tell..
