I have a bag of Coast of Maine Lobster Compost. Can I simply add an ounce to a gallon of water... let it steep for a day or two and use it as a foliar spray and water with it?

you def wanna aerate it with a pump and airstone so things dont go anaerobic. if you wanna do it quick put some in a teabag or pantyhose or some sort of bag strainer. then placenin a little water so it soaks up and squiiiiiiish it out. do it a few times. then topdress the leftovers, dilute the water, and drench
