Making edibles with distillate

    I just discovered that my dispensary stocks distillate. It's my new favourite method - super strong though, it skyrocketed my tolerance and I had to slow down.

    It's already activated and ready to go and I can use it in food, put it under my tongue, and even use it in my vape pen. It's really effective for me in tea, just a few drops in a cup of tea and I'll feel it in 20 minutes. I've been making chocolates with it too, just put some chocolate in the mould, put the distillate in the centre, and then more chocolate. You can still taste the distillate but it doesn't taste like cannabis.

    Distillate is magic for me, way more cooking applications and no smell at all. I have incredibly intense anxiety and any strong cannabis smell can ruin it for me because I'm afraid someone will smell it.

    cunegonde, those look delicious. Being an Ugly American I do not know your nationality. If you're in the US I am free to help you with those luscious looking edibles.

    Haha I'm Canadian. If you look close the red and white sprinkles are maple leaves.

    Hi there!

    I just got 3 syringes of HOG distillate which is 97% 1000mg.
    Also from Canadia :)

    I am looking to make my first distillate edibles.
    Do you have to dissolve it in some sort of fat?

    I am asking because I want to make gummies and the recipe I tried without the distillate to test out tastes horrible with coconut oil.

    You don't need anything else. Just mix it into your edibles. It's already activated. Easy peasy. :)
