  1. How long will you flush them for? Outdoors I have to go a full 2 weeks, I'm guessing you can go a bit less with hydroponics?

About a week or until trichs are where i want. I think soil takes longer, but is really petsonal preference.

  3. Do you like to add anything in (like Flawless Finish) or just use pH'd water?

I use follow technaflora’s “recipe for success”, so cal-mag and sugar daddy for pre-flush. Look at labels for nutes & %’s, get theirs or something similar. Following their quatities and my 0.3 ec water, i usually have 1.5-1.6 ec with preflush nutes. Since pushing cal-mag i run pH at 6.1 rather than my normal 6.0. I run pre-flush for 3 days, then pH’d & hydroguard water til harvest.

Been using it since started, has done me good, so not changing.

Nutes are nutes, and overrated, imo, as long as they are getting what they need. Probably some prods give a 2-5% boost, but light is what really matters.

  5. I think you know by now I have always agreed with you 110% on that one. This will be my first flowering & harvest with hydroponics, and while I can google for information & schedules I prefer hearing from someone who has done it very well for some time. There is no shortage of online opinions & info on growing weed and some (but not all) of it is good, so if I can pick the brain of someone I know has reliable answers I'll take that anytime.

  14. Beginning of week 2, removed 3rd pair of fan leaves from bottom of each main (3 of 4 original pairs now removed). Air & water temps, rh, pH, ec all in range. Running 1100 ppfd, 20” above tallest plants, 13.5hrs on/10.5 off. Plants drinking 1.5qts/day.

NYC Diesels on left (front one on pedestal so it gets same ppfd as others), Super Silver Hazes on right. Back right plant is tallest (22-23” above res lid).

  15. this was a tiny plant, 16" tall and 14-16" in diameter, but lots of buds.!!

this is the same stalk rotated around, the 'tallest' branch is 11", the other 3 are 8'' from the cut which was made one inch above the peat mix....
