mad fucked up trip report..SHROOMS, BABY!!!

    "everythin has an echo/chours effect. i'm drawing and every time i am about to go off the stage, this unbearable aura of panic comes about. it's a panic like soething really bad is happening. but i'm just drawing yo. haha. i woke up and the letters "2:39" were an amber-ish, orange color and everything was somewhat kaliedescope when i turned the lights on. went to the bathroom and, as fate would hgave it, pupes are HUUUGE. i didn't eat hardly anythig. holy fuck. the more i move around, the better i feel. i'm tired but i can't sleep yo."
    ^i e-mailed that to myself while i was trippin hard (now i'm crashin) cause i haven't done it in a while. respond if you'd like..i just wanted to post it up here cause i think this is gonna be my new trip journal. like, this thread or some shit. i dunno. i'm fuckin spent. looks like i'm only gettin 1 hour of sleep tonight yuns. HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Expect another report. I mean, if y'all are interested.

    so yesterday was halloween. me and my buddy were trippin balls all day long. and then we weren't with each other, he was at his house and i was at mine. well, he texts me and says "i just ate my whole bag" which was about a quarter. these shrooms are so bomb. and anyway...my best friend ended up in the hospital because of this. he lost his mind while i was down at my other friend's house and he was up at this girl's house with some people. they called me and told me that i needed to come up because he was straihgt up wiggin out. i went up, and saw my buddy laying on the hood of my friend's car, mumbling random words, saying random shit, and the whole nine. i tried to talk to him and he wouldn't respond, he would just stare at me. so we got him to the hospital cause if you would've seen him, you could've clearly been able to tell that he overdosed. well, he went to the hospital, took some swings at some nurses, spit on his brother and father, and kept saying "fuck you guys" to everyone. he was strapped in the bed because noone could keep him calm. eventually, he just snapped out of it. out of nowhere. he's home now and he's fine. but, that shit's real scary.
    peeps, don't overdose on psychadelics. that shit could mess you up for a long, long time. the stories that people tell aren't always just bullshit. i used to know a guy that now thinks he's a glass of fucking orange juice.
    that's my report. sorry it isn't as fun-filled, but it's a true story...

    I've heard the orange juice story from so many people. Lemme guess, he fell over and thought everything spilled out and thought he died.

    Either way, you can't OD on shrooms, at least not that I know of. Sure you can be fucked out of ur mind, but no death from shrooms.

    I dont know if i belive that cause there is a trip report some what the same on erowid. Just saying and the orange juice thing isnt making it any more believable.

    why would it be a surprise if similar shit happened to more than one person anyway? it's the same drug. the same shit can happen.

    He didn't overdose dude, Ive been to the hospital before when I ate a quarter of shrooms, I was just fucked up real bad I didnt overdose, in fact correct me if im wrong but it is next to impossible to od on shrooms unless you ate a excesive amount. Ive seen people eat a half ounce in the space of a couple hours, they were trippig hard there is no doubt about that but they are still breathing today.


    Dude do you have any idea how many times ive heard that exact same story. It's false. Look i'll even provide you with a link. The story goes back to the 60's and your saying you know someone this happened to? I dont think so.

    All I have to say is at a party type thing this kid I used to be friends with ate a whole bunch of shrooms, started tweaking too much eyes rolled into the back of his head, foamin, drooling and puking and shit and ended up curled up in his room all night after this other kid's mom smacked him so hard on the back he puked everything up. Ugly shit I wasn't there to see it but like 5 of my other friends were.

    So idk if it's possible to OD or not but definetly you can have some severely bad reactions

    overdosing doesn't mean you die. it just means you take more than you're supposed to do. he OD'd. and i don't know how true this is, but word has it that these shrooms were laced with ketamine. i don't know though. they were pretty nuts.

    I think everyone here knows what overdosing means. I did a little research and there is 0 reported deaths caused by mushroom overdose. And that information is straight out of aadac. http://corp.aadac.com/other_drugs/the_basics_about_other_drugs/magic_mushrooms_abcs.asp
    You think if it was possible to overdose on mushrooms someone would have died by now. If you don't trust aadac as a reliable source of information just google magic mushrooms there is a whole slew of sites wich state the same thing that it's not medically possible to overdose on mushrooms. Although im sure if you ate a garbage bag full you would die :p

    If the shrooms were laced as you say then it is quit possible it was the Ketamine that did the damage not the psilocybin.
