MacBook help!

  1. So it's an 08 MacBook pro running Sno Lep

Last night iTunes popped up with an update so I went through with it (idiot) and it downloaded but need to restart the computer.

I was on very low battery and didn't think it was going to make it through the restart and install because it was taking so long so I just closed my MacBook and put it away for the night. (idiot)

So I come home today and grab my computer and bring it downstairs to charge.....it refuses to boot up! I'm stuck at the gray screen with just the apple logo and spinning wheel.

The keyboard won't work but the green light comes on when I press the caps lock button.

I don't have the Sno Lep disk with me so all I can do is turn it on and off...

Any help? Mac store is currently fucking closed for like some store maintenance and what not....

  2. I'd try over at Silicon (V)alley.

  3. best bet man, is to just hold down the power button with the thing plugged in. thats all i think you can really do man. hope that helps

  4. have you tried holding "Option-Command-P-R" as you boot up, if done properly you will see it boot up again like it kind of restarted, hold it down so that it does that 2 or 3 times. then let it try n load
