So I just switched out my king led, think it was reading out at 250 watts a little less maybe but this 600 watt hps I’m swinging to should blow this led out of the water so why when I use this lux meter on my phone the led measures in at around 2500 and my hps measures at only 500 this makes no sense I made sure to get the best bulb possible from eye hortilux is it the stupid phone app or is there something I’m not understanding? spectrum. Unless you have a quantum meter these meters are tuned to specific wavelengths for cost savings and meant to measure lux of white light and not grow lights.
