Its already September, and the temperature has gone from 30+ Celsius, down to 12-15 Celsius. The light cycle right now is 12/12 outside, so I'm thinking if i plant my seedlings in the plot right now, i'll have 4 weeks in Sept, 4 weeks in Oct, and maybe 2 weeks of November if i'm lucky. They're indica seeds, or so i'm guessing seeing as how i was told they were "kush". I know strain doesn't say much, its more about how one grows, what one uses etc. but i think its a logical guess seeing as how most of the weed around here is indica anyway. I started germinating 6 seeds, every seed has cracked, and they're all planted. 3 have sprouted so far. Once all of them are sprouted i'll take pictures and whatnot. I plan on moving them outside into a mini greenhouse during the day, and taking them in at night till they're 2 weeks old, and then off to the plot they go. Any suggestions on how to transport 6 seedlings while riding a bike ? Update: I transplanted all six plants into my plot on Friday Sept 10, going to water and check on them on Monday. Update #2, Sunday Sept 19 : One seedling has been damaged, but the other five are still thriving. I built a fence of sticks around the plants themselves, and started to build a small grass hut to dry the buds in so rain doesn't get to them. Its been raining constantly enough to keep the ground plenty moist, and just for safe measure I put a layer of mulch overtop of the exposed soil to hold extra moisture. Update #3, Friday Sept 24 : One plant that I had propped up on a forked twig decided to die, probably got too cold for it or something. The rest are doing pretty good from what I could see, I forgot to take a flashlight when I went lastnight, and it was dark by the time i got to the plot. I'm going again on Sunday 26 to add to the hut, and to fertilize the plants a little bit. I'm hoping for pictures on Sunday, but that all depends on whether or not I can borrow a camera. Update #4, Sunday Oct 3 : Only three plants left, two are runts, less than 2 inches tall, one is about 4 inches tall. I figured the grow would end up failing, but I didn't think it'd happen this soon I began digging next seasons plot though. Will have 8 plants in it, and I'm going to fill it with sheep manure compost/perlite mix. Any suggestions on what fertilizers to use ?
