    Yesterday me and 3 other friends were going to a dance, and we were gunna chief before we went. So we went to an alley to smoke. and while we were smoking a narc came by. They were shouting from far away and laughing
    "Who has the weed mfs!" i tought they were random people so iwas like f it and kept walking and then out of no where they were like "ay you stay there" they got out and cuffed us and they told us to put our hands in the car. and asking us
    random stupid sh*t. And they were being fkin rude. They were saying we werent gunna get p*ussy tonight at the dance because of our shoes and hair cuts lmao Like wtf we are just some chill ass stoners we aint hurtin nobody. Then they come on with the racist jokes, they were like do you play any sports ? We were like yeah. and they were like

    Playing outside soccer in the fkn street isnt a sport(we are hispanic).
    and they asked for our info.

    At the end they popped the cuffs and let us go. My question is do you they will put charges or a ticket on us ? like mail them to our houses?
    I was so scared i even thanked them for letting us go -_-. And also could we sue them for being like that too?

    I think they were just busting balls and giving you a hard time to send you the message to not smoke in public areas.

    They let you go. They gave you a hard time and let you go. You're in the clear.

    Never had any experiences with cops while high or in the process of smoking but you will be good homie. You need to realize that it's pretty ballsy to smoke in public like that haha you got lucky. You could have had a much worse experience with the law If it was with another cop. Just smoke somewhere secluded next time dude

    They sound like power tripping mongrels to me. Most cops here act like they are saving the world when they make a small weed bust. They're very righteous about the war on people chilling in their homes. It's kinda sad.

    They try to get me within a mile from my house all the time. I live in the smallest town ever and in the middle of the night this dick will pull me over for "running a stop sign" he's tried to search me a few times
