LSTing and ScroGing are both methods that allow one to arrange the branches in a way that creates optimal, even light distribution to all to-be colas. Which method is better? Maybe its just preference, but I think that one probably yields more, and my guess is LSTing. From the ScrOG pics I've seen, it looks like a lot of the plant is in total shade from the massive wall of leaves created when the branches are bunched together like that. Or, is it worth that because the colas end up THAT much bigger?
