Which technique would have a larger yeild between a Low Stress Training Grow and a Sea of Green Grow? Also, can a hydroponics system be used with a LST??
if your using a large hydro system lst wouldnt be practical, but with afew plants lst can be done simply. if your doing multiple plants go with SOG.
