Alright I know that LSD is very sensitive to light, temperature and even water because of the low ammounts of chlorine. If the police find stamps with rubbing alcohol on them to destroy them could the person still be charged with possession of LSD even if it was destroyed?
you can be charged with possesion if they find any residual amount leftover, AND destruction of evidence, kinda sucks ):
