Loyalty VS Expense

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by J@ck, Sep 5, 2011.

  1. My close friend, Big J, has got some righteous bud. His papa grows at the house; individuals as well as herb clinics being his client. So naturally my boy fell into the position of slanging herb.

Now clubs are fun and all, but I Lve supporting my homies in all their endeavours. Especially when it gets me high as a result :smoke: Lately Big J hasn't been coming through like he used to. Maybe a good way to put it is he isn't keeping up with the market.

    ~> I can get a dank G for $10 all day.
Recently Big J snapped a little when another homie didn't want to purchase a half gram that Big J offered for ten bucks. I found myself having a similar conversation with him when i said I'll spend 40 with him if it's at least 4Gs. If not it's totally cool it's his hustle and I respect that. But his hustle lead me to purchase elsewhere.

We go way back, Big J and I, though I've found myself in a position of choosing Expense over Loyalty. Without a doubt when I'm getting twice as much product elsewhere.

  2. Its his choice and mistake to jack his prices, if he cant keep up with the competition then thats just business. His dealing shouldnt have anything to do about your friendship

  3. as someone who has been what be called a supplier by some theres nothing wrong with you getting it from someone else if they have better prices. Freindship and business are two very different things. It may seem like your dicking him over because you two go back but at the end of the day it'll be a buyers market.

  4. Keep business away from friendship. If he's worth it, he shouldn't hold it against you.

  5. Business and personal never mix. When they do bad things happen. He should understand your going for the best deal possible, doesn't mean you won't smoke him out on some fire meds :p tell him to join the family business and stop dealing the black market

  6. Big J sounds like a wannabe hustler in the wrong market.

  7. Why the hell are you bolding certain letters?

  8. It's fun as shit.

  9. The man is sending a message in code ofcourse, or just messing with all the high people on the forums lol.

Do your buisness elsewhere so you dont hurt your friendship. Also he shouldnt get mad cuz people dont wana buy off him, its there money and still your bud. no lose no gain.

  10. I'm really stoned so I keep checking it for codes. It's only bothering me because I get paranoid big time haha.

  11. Big J can suck a big D at those prices.

  12. not mixing up friendship with his hustle is the truth of the matter.

he made mention that there's only a couple people he would do 4 4 40 4 (gotit?)
I took that a bit personal at first. that's the type of statement that begs the question, "well, then who am I?"
but I'll let it go. He probably thinks I'm lowballing, I think he hasn't immersed himself into his hustle very much if these prices are a shock to him.
But he's my homeboy, I love him anyway.

also, I enjoy writing and dressing up my posts it breaks up the monotony of so much text. and the codes...

  13. If he doesn't respect you enough to cut you deals, you don't have to respect him enough to buy from him.

By the way, I'm sober and your posting etiquette is still fucking with me...

  14. i have allot of close friends who sell bud it is not uncommon for me to be in this situation i usually go with the one who apperciates my buisness and hooks up

  15. For me, Loyalty leads to less expense. If I stay mainly with one dealer, they'll hook up deals and smoke me up. I think you've got it backwards, dude.

  16. Nice one Jack I decoded it :)

  17. What I think is you should tell him u wont pick up off him anymore unless he goes down in price he shouldn't be charging that much if he is getting it straight from the grower anyways was in a similar situation once
