Well heres some background on my first grow....... with Lowryders! Started two plants in soil with no nutes, only food or nutes was in the soil. I bought two kinds of soil... MG Seedling Soil "Enriched with MG Plant Food" and another plant soil for when they got past the seedling stage. For lights I ran 4x 45watt actual wattage CFLS When they got past the seedling stage... I did a repot into the normal plant food. Days later I could tell they werent growing much and turning very bright green (like nute burn). Left them there for about 2 weeks to see if they'd come around... still no luck, thought I was gonna loose them. I did another repot back into the Seedling Soil and one of them took off again. The other never did very great.... still kept it going just for hash making. So with that said... they could of been bigger I think. And I did come home one day and a light slipped a little bit down the pipe it was on and burnt some white hairs on one plant. Right now with the mini-microscope the trich's are 70% cloudy. I'd like to harvest now cause I'd rather have a nice happy head high. Again... the pic with both plants, the one on the left will only be used for hash making. Enjoy..... let me know what you think. Your MG Soil burned your plants. They would have been bigger if they were not so stressed from fert burn. I hope you flushed the plant real well because excess nutes like that makes it taste really funny. Don't feel too bad, my first 2 grows got burned just like that from MG. Next time buy some potting soil free of any nutes and try to stay away from MG, Scotts or Shultz. Most of the soils these guys sell have added nutes. Congrats on the first grow.
I love you. lol..not but i love the plants, even though tehy are small. I've got some lowryder 2 growing in a pc of mine. They are still 1" tall at about a month cause of some severe ph problems.... but i just put some more in for germ today as i just got them in the mail. I"ll be restarting my grow again but damn I like lowryder. HOW DOES IT SMOKE!?!?! i really really wanna know
Thanks for the comments everyone..... I didnt flush cause there were no nutes..... just that "Enriched with MG Plant Food" if thats nutes then..... oh well.... This is my first grow... so I kept it nice and simple. I'm not a heavy smoker so I can get away with having just 2 LR's going at a time. They grew for about 3 months... would of been sooner if they weren't stunted. I would say they were very low smelling when they started to bud. They were in a closet in my bedroom.... my bedroom didnt smell at all, but when you opened up the closet you could smell it. Kinda plant/weed smell... again nothing over bearing. Not sure how the smoke is yet...... only day 1 of drying and after that they'll get about a week of curing.
