Lowryder Grow

  1. Hey guys, I was just thinking about how I should stop buying and get my own bud and smoke it so I can keep my cash, when I saw a strain of herb called lowryder. Its famous for only growing to about 18 inches. Im doing the grow inside of a computer case and was wondering if anybody could give me tips or tell me what the harvest/bud/high was like. Thanks :)

  2. Never experienced the smoke, but im sure its nasty:p and very popular for PC grows!

  3. The harvest out of a PC Grow will be minimal even with Low Stress Training due to the fact that even a small plant needs a good amount of space to grow. Unless you only smoke say a gram or two at the weekend, your better off getting a Grow tent.

Check out the HomeBox XS, its small enough to fit inside a wardrobe yet will give you a better grow etc....

If your looking for an acceptable yield go for EasyRyder (AK47x LR) strain, you would be looking to get at least 28 grams+ per plant (some have claimed upto 60grams with good growing), and in a HomeBox XS you could fit around 4 plants with enough room to grow.

Oh and the taste of EasyRyder is lovely, a tiny bit harsh but after smoking a few ounces you wont be tired of the taste unlike some strains lol !

Lastly if you do decided on getting a small grow tent avoid getting a HPS lamp, this will just cause issues with heat for such a small space. Get a CFL lamp with at least 200w otherwise you will grow almost as little as a PC Grow lol !!!!
Hope this actually helps mate :)

  4. LR is a great strain for those with limited space. I would, however, suggest giving them a little more room than a PC case. They will do fine in a 1 gal (but preferably a 2 gal) pot. They don't need too much attention and minimal nutes. The more light the better, and you can get a decent yield considering their size. The smoke is not bad, most people seem to like it. Its a fun grow too....things happen fast with it.
