Hey all, I just got my 3 lowryder #2 feminized seeds into pots outside. I used a mixture of promix, extra perlite, and worm castings. My spot is near houses, but super-well hidden. Wish me luck! Question: How do I fertilize these things??? The Joint Doctor lowryder grow guide tells me to use a 'grow' formula the first two weeks and then a 'bloom' formula until harvest. Will this work? Can anyone recommend specific brands of fertilizer or fertilizing techniques for autflowering plants? This is my first grow, and despite reading all the stickies and a bunch of threads carefully, I still feel a bit lost. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks GC!
It depends on how much you want to spend on ferts, I'm just using tomato food 2-6-6 at the moment (I'm in week 3) it's super cheap at €2 a 500ml bottle, I have heard that some high-end MJ ferts (Botanical Pure Blend Pro grow and bloom, Cal-mag plus, Sweet, and Liquid Karma) are about $100 for quarts. I don't know how much a 'quart' is but that's very expensive! When you do get your nutes, be sure to only add 1/4 of the recommended amount to the water the first few times.It's very easy to burn young plants with fertilizer.
