I have some very bushy indica's comming into the 3rd week of flowering in coco and since the first week of flowering the lowest and often largest fan leafs are yellowing very quickly and dropping off, even within a day each time. I noticed there is a pattern to this, the leaf death is very selective, rapid and has only been happening at bottom of plant, often starting with the oldest fan leaves first.

This is the case with all my 10 plants which are clones. I highly suspect this to normal and something to do with genetics and lack of light exposure to my bottom leaves since the canaopy is very dense and bud growth ain't lacking.

I can rule out PH problems, since i use a calibrated meter to bring the ph within 5.7-5.8 (for coco). No nute issue I believe since I am running a moderate dose of canna coco, which has signifcant nitrogen.

Only other issue is since i water/feed every day, it could be a sign of over watering?

    Any thoughts?
    thanks!

  2. I noticed the same thing on one of my girls last night. One fan leaf in the back, one of the oldest was completely withered and dead and about to drop. No other leaves showed any symptoms. I was going to post but now I'm thinking even more it was just something they do to older leaves.
