So I remember this time when I tested my soil ph it was high so I searched online and after some couple articles I choose to use vinegar but in a scared for my plants behavior my dumb ass used stra8 vinegar now water cut or anything I quickly saw in a couple of days my plants where ruined so I'm dealing with the same issue what those most up to date method of lowering soil ph like in the next few weeks I got some slight yellowing going on Sent from my SM-G781U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
the best way is to use sulfur, but it does take ages, fast is rough and thus dicey, I'd go half way and flush 3 times the pot volume with ph'ed water allow to drip out over night to resume in the morning above all IMO double check the ph reading the best being ph pool strips from the local 7-11, as most ph readers are battery powered junk from china good luck
and mine is too low dont start pouring vinegar in your plants post a picture on your journal page of the yellowing is it the new growth? or down low
my new growth is light green too but my mix is out of whack low ph and high ppm i tried flushing now im not sure if i should feed or what i have actual crispy leaves in some spots glad i have 9 plants going i dont think they are all going to make it did you post a pic on your journal?
