Lower Back pain/Knee pain

    Hey guys,

    I just got my mmj card yesterday for my lower back pain and knee pain. I was wondering what is better for helping this, sativa or indica? Any particular strains in general that you recommend?

    I went to the BPG last night and it was cool, but I was wondering if any fellow bay area tokers can give me the name of some other clubs. Thanks in advance guys

    For pain Indicas are virtually always indicated, the heavier the better.
