Recently I heard these loud noises that sound like a very loud horn or siren of some kind, and I found a video online of the EXACT same sound happening in places all across the world. WTF! The video is showing people who recorded hearing the sound in different places across the globe, what do you guys think it is? Does anyone have an explanation or heard it themselves? Yeah, I hear these loud noises 24 hours a day. Could be that drilling rig over on the other side of the canyon.
I'm pretty sure I saw somthing' exactly like this a year or two ago, there was tons of video's on youtube and alot of people said they heard it, weird.
Its called HAARP and its part of the geo-engineering conspiracy along with chemtrails and the like. The purpose of such is to be able to have full control over weather conditions in order to create and/or influence natural disasters and make previously fertile farmlands completely arid, thus creating mass food shortages. This is where Monsanto comes in with their monopoly on GMOs, which are extremely dangerous to our health.

Why do people insist on HAARP? Why? What actual evidence do you have that HAARP is doing anything that you all can even comprehend? And I'm not trying to be a dick. I'm being serious and deadpanned.
I don't claim to know anything about it other than what's on the front page of haarp.net, but it sounds like something people shouldn't be fucking with.
