Lots of white hairs on small vegging plant.

    I started growing a random seed I found in some weed I got from a dispensary it's been getting about 14 to 16 hours a day and I've been growing it since the beginning of June but my questions was is it normal to have this many white hairs on this small a plant ? 1563568668508.jpg 1563568685286.jpg 1563568704736.jpg

    It’s flowering right now. Not quite sure what happened, but those are bud sites you see. It doesn’t appear to be in vegetative state.
