daaaang. well, one thing about weed is that it is a weed and wants to grow really really bad, so just be gentle and see what happens... be careful that you don't over water, and get some vegatative solution with a catalyst mixture too and water according to clones for a week or 2. good luck
dont panic, it wil take a bit to recover but it will recover fine. as long as some root structure is left
