I lost my copy of the key to the car, and no ones home and I need to go out. Don't cars come with like a stencil of the key? like a little plastic card thing that you can take to a hardware store and theyll make a key for you.
I know that the dealership where my car was first bought (in '94) can make a copy of the key if I give them my vin number ... but that takes a while and you have to have someone take you up there and show them paperwork and such ... that probably won't help you though ... sorry ... I've never heard of a stencil or whatever your talking about ... sorry I wasn't more help to you
