    Hey guys!
So my tolerance break is about to come to a close so I decided to pick up a quarter after work. Here in Illinois, a quarter will typically cost you $100. But I'm not talking about price ranges tonight.
Anyways, I get home tonight and immediately pulled out my scale and what do you know, 5.9 grams. The bud is fire but that's still some bullshit. I texted him and told him kindly... Hey man, the bag is a little short. Can I have the last gram? He replied and said that my scale must be broken or off and his read 6.9 grams. I told him that I know my scale isn't off and that I don't like being cheated. He started getting mad and said "well how do you know YOU'RE not the one cheating ME?!" I'm like dude I live half an hour away from you I wouldn't come back out there just to steal another gram so don't bullshit me man. He says I can get the gram if I payed him $10 more. So I just said you know what man... how about you make it right or I'll take my money somewhere else. At that point he starts calling me a pussy and just throws a fit. So I just said you know what man, fuck you I'm done with your bullshit. I'm not fucking with you anymore.
I guess what I'm asking is... Was it worth losing him over it? I have one other guy that i've been going to for over a year and there are 2 other guys that I've only bought from once and I have their numbers saved as backups. But I mean it was just a gram. I didn't make a big deal out of it. I was gonna let it slide until he started accusing ME of cheating HIM. By the way, I don't have my own place yet so growing my own weed is not an option.
All rude/cocky/snarky comments will be ignored. Happy toking guys!  :smoke:

  2. depends on your other means of acquiring... Personally I wouldnt fuck with anyone shady like that.. you handled it the right way.. you let him know his mistake and ask him to make it right.. if he is gonna be that stubborn even after he gets caught shorting hes not a worthwhile dealer imo..

  3. So the question is was it worth losing him over.

Well my friend only you can answer that for yourself. Everything is just gonna be opinions here. So yours is the only one that really matters right :D

    Happy toking friend!

  4. ya Did the right thing bro. Cheating is intolerable and outrageous. Especially with bud......

Find someone else with some dankass chronic and fire up.

  5. you did the right thing since his business attitude was shady.

  6. Nope get someone else he shorted you and you called him on it and hes being a bitch, calibrate your scale throw a dollar bill on it and if its 1g its good. Its not the fact its a gram its the fact he shorted you and then is lying about it, shady dealer is shady

  7. That's what I thought... He's always been kind of snappy with me anyway. So I guess it's just common sense. Maybe I should have stopped buying from him sooner. Thanks for the quick reply bro.

Lol my problem is finding other people. It's a hard thing for me to do because I live out in a really small town. Guess It's all about being at the right place at the right time.
My scale is pretty accurate. An American nickel will weigh 5 grams which is what my scale reads. You're right. Shady dealer IS shady.

  8. Yea if he shorts you then wont admit it and blames on you then go to your other contacts.

  9. You expect to get what you pay for, no?
If the grocery store has meat that's supposed to be two pounds, but only weighs a pound and a half, you take it back, and the grocery store obviously fixes it right?
Someone willing to steal your money and rip you off is no one you associate with. My dealers are always 100 percent cool with scaling in front of me, or me scaling in front of them.
They appreciate my business and say everyone should get what they pay for.

  10. I had a good dealer once, he was under 18, but so was I at the time. I use to always go to his place and pickup and have a sesh with him. I met him at the skatepark near his and he went back to his place to grab it. I met him around the corner fro his house and it was in a tin. He grabbed the money, gave me the 'bud' and said he had to go home straight away to do some jobs.

I got home and checked the tin it was in and it was already chopped, but didnt smell like bud at all and didnt look like it either. Sent him a message asking what type of bud and he never replied. Called him up and he told me he cant remember. I decided to roll a joint, first puff and I knew it wasnt ganja.

I called him up again and told him it was mixed herbs for cooking and he hung up. I messaged him saying I want the 3.5g I am owed, but to this day he avoids me and hasnt messaged me since.

Now, I check the bud before I give them the money, if it doesnt look like the correct weight I get them to reweigh it, but my new dealer is a lot better and he is also 30years older than me. Always offers to weighs it up infront of me and sometimes throws in a tiny bit more. He said he sells 3+pounds a month!

  11. I'm glad you posted that man it brings up a good point. This dude always complained to me that his business was really slow. And with what happened tonight I can definitely see why. If you're gonna be a shady dealer and rip people off all the time, of course you're gonna lack the customers. But give them what they pay for and occasionally throw in a little extra, you'll be just as successful as the guy that you go to. It's common sense. I've never been a dealer before but if I were one I would never scam my customers because of how incredibly unfair it is to them. Shady dealers are the reason why I want pot to be legal. I would gladly stop smoking and wait until I was 21 if it meant I could buy from a professional dispensary. Then at least I would know for sure I'm not getting gypped.

  12.
I would've been like "well shit, my scale said otherwise, lets figure this out" and came to a resolution, it seems like your dealer was a dickhead anyways. You are better off, just get a better connect and you should be fine lol.

  13. I dealed for a short time to close mates/people i went to school with, but I always use to weigh it up, then take a picture of the scales to show them. This was good wen someone said I shorted them, I would bring the photo with me and prove it that I didnt, i would also not sell to them much more because of ther immaturity.

  14. 5 gram nickel answers my question....years ago I bought some hash from this dude. First it was shit for hash, but it was two grams light. I called him, he flipped and called me a bitch and dared me to come back. I did. I walked out with some busted knuckles, a sore shoulder where his buddy hit me with a bat...$800 cash, a Playstaion 2 and a qp of weed. I came back later and took a four wheeler that I liked. Moral of that story is don't dare me, then threaten me, don't expect me to come alone, or stop short.....I saw that cat that hit me in the shoulder two years later and straight maddogged him right out of the store we were in. When I got outside I asked him if he was still dating that bitch...dude says "I don't want no trouble".....

Was it worth it? Hell yeah! I'd have settled for my money back, or him to have made it right.

Total bummer dude.  Sounds like a crappy dealer.  I wouldn't want to call him anymore unless he straight away agreed to fix it. Your requests weren't unreasonable at all.  Personally I'd go to the next guy.

  16. Yes you did the right thing. He knew he was not selling the right weight. You know your scale is legit.

I've honestly had dealers do that to me... And I get home, weigh it, and it was an honest mistake every time on his part. I just hit him up, shoot him a pic, and I'm good. Has only happened once or twice and he was down the street so he was cool.

But yeah in your dude's case, fuck him hardcore.

You don't need that piece of shit.

He doesn't even sound like a dealer, more like a 'middle man'.

  17. If you have other options then dont fuck with that guy anymore. Even if it aint always fire. I rather a proper count with mids then pay for fire but get cheated by a gram! Depending on your tollarenc you can make a gram last a whole day or one big solo sesh.

  18. Fuck it dude, your about to be on a t break. You can decide later

  19. Ha fearjar! U wopped two bitch niggas by yourself? Or u had help either way you're a badass

  20. If you're at a house I expect it to be weighed out in front of me (or BY ME).

If you are meeting in a parking lot I am definitely more lenient on weighing in front of me. Just because if you are caught with a scale, bags, bud, etc, it's basically dealing and you are looking at a min of at least 5 years in PRISON.

    Just my advice/opinion.....

If it's in a car please don't bust his balls.... I wouldn't weigh 7 gs in front of you for a possible sentence of 5+ years...

Again, just my opinion, don't bust his balls about weighing it if he's driving lol.

But then again I trust my dealers and they only weigh it on the spot to prove to me it's what I want lol.

    Moral of the story?

Fuck that dude, find a better dealer even if it takes a few weeks!
