Loss of appetite

  1. Hey blades, as many of you know I've been bulking for about 8 months. Thus far it has been successful but I'm not done yet. However, recently I have had a major loss of appetite. Normally I consume around 3500 calories per day. The past week or so I havent been hungry and Its hard to make myself eat. At times if I start eating I feel nauseous. The hardest meal to get in is breakfast, as I'm never hungry in the morning now. I am probably only getting around 2500-3000 calories a day now. I have no idea what the cause of this is and was wondering if anybody has some idea. It's frustrating to go to the gym and know that I'm not getting enough calories to achieve my goal, which is gain muscle mass. I know this is mostly a rant but if anybody has any input I would appreciate it.
