I been working out for about 15 years and I can tell you there is no easy route. Be patient and take your time. If you dont do things properly you can really hurt yourself. If you train too hard too quickly you will be sore for days and you wont be able to work out. My advice start with the basics like push-ups, sit ups, chin ups, squats (all with no weights and high reps around 20 or so). Google for alot of answers.
