ive got tons of music but never really sure what to listen to anymore. im looking for something new. any suggestions?

thanks everyone. i already have 311, sublime, slightly stoopid, and fall of troy tho but thanks for all the others. ill definitely check them out. and to matpierc im mainly into rock. from like 60s, 70s, and 80s rock up to alternative, hardcore, grindcore. different kinds of metal. but i also like some rap and whatnot. but i am open to anything else youd like to share.
Younger Brother, Porcupine Tree, Shpongle, The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, Muse and Radiohead are all amazing.
if you like the dead and jam bands, you will probably like: CAN GONG FAUST these go from weird to weirder to mind fuck if you want some new "psychedelic metal" check out CIRCLE and ULVER KYUSS also has its moments but it is a bit older rap. well this isnt "rap" but more hiphop: DefJux and Anticon records all have a few pretty great acts. and for more on the alternative rock end: Yo La Tengo, Guided By Voices, and Pavement are all pretty well regarded and equally great sounding acts.

Check out Them Crooked Vultures. Its a supergroup with Dave Grohl on drums, John Paul Jones on bass, and Josh Homme on guitar/vocals. Fucking amazing band, they WILL blow your mind.
