Folks, I have this guy on my street, he is parking is 3rd car completely on the sidewalk. Really blocking the way while he could just use the street, plenty of free spaces. I tried to talk to him and he got upset, inviting me to call the police. I am not a cop fan, and in fact, I believe all citizen should avoid any contact with those bastardos, except only in life threatening situations. I am not a mean guy. I don't want to key is car. But I think that going at night dropping a nice piece of rock wool insulation on his hood saturated with something that really stink could be a decent payback. Nothing corrosive or potentially harmful for his health... Do you have anything in mind that I could use, maybe let ferment in the sun a few weeks?
Maybe I should mention I am no chemist ..looking for something I can make with under the sink product or food, maybe human poop or pee=) fermented whole fish emulsion?

Actually we are a few neighbours that dislike his behaviour. He has been doing this for 3 years as soon as there is no more snow. I do my best to be a respectful human. I work at a food bank supporting volunteers some with disabilities, mental issues; I help my old dad with his chores and cleaning, also do my best for the environment. But it hurts me to see families with baby stroller, kids and dogs having to walk in the streets because this guy just don't care.
