Looking for some guidance

  1. I'm going to start an indoor grow, with a 2x3 tent, in a closet, running 4 to 6 Autos. I have never grown anything on my own. After months of research I have some questions that's I can't seem to get answered. I'm planning on 3 gallon pots, with 3 inch biodegradable pots to start the seedlings. I was planning on using OF with super soil autoflower concentrate. I was wanting to use the FF dirty dozen with them also but I don't know if I need it. Looking at phlzion 1500 led cree cob. Light schedule also, 18/6? I'm just wanting to grow some high quality buds, while keeping my cost minimal. I'm over paying shops for not great of quality. Ideally small batch craft cannabis is what I'm wanting to do. Thank you in advance.

  2. you seem to be on the right track, but no way you can fit that many in that space. I am growing 5 plants in a 2x4 in 3 Gal fabric pots and it is way too crowded already. try two and max out the space with proper training. Good luck

  3. Your light is the right size for your space......however 4-6 plants in that space will be very crowded.
Good luck and welcome to GC. :)

  4. I have a little experience with Lighting ,,, after assembling 16 Samsung LED 2v288 boards .
I wouldn't ever buy another pre assembled light ..
Nothing wrong with Cree diodes and Cob Technology except Cree is yesterdays technology and your throwing money down the drain on the power bill ...
Any LED light maker can use COB technology ,,, COB is Chip on boards .
What it actually is , is like many Light Emitting Diodes in one Diode .

The light you bought , you need 48 actual watts per square foot of grow space .
Samsungs are 28 watts per square foot .

Samsung LEDs cover almost twice the area for the same amount of wattage ..
making the Samsung Boards almost twice as efficient as the light your planning on buying ..
