Hi, I'm looking for help with getting a standard workout routine going. I'm looking to just get in better shape in general. I'm 5'7 145lbs, not skinny not fat, with a decent amount of muscle. I am in terrible running shape ;p My diet is pretty good. Lots of protein and vegetables. My main issue is that I suffered a very bad arm injury a few years ago. I essentially destroyed my ulna/radius in my right arm/wrist area. The arm itself is fine, but due to the surgery(2 Metal plates, 1 taken out, holes/screws in bones) I am limited a bit. Hard to specifiy what I can't do, its just depends on how its being used. I can't do pushups, doing curls and most other things are fine if below 20lbs. I would imagine benching and the sort won't work either. I can do pullups just fine. So I need a workaround. I'll provide more information if needed. I'd prefer a workout that doesn't require lots of machinery, as there are no well equipped gyms around here. Hope I can get some help =)
