I get all my stuff from another site, there abit expensive, but everything is guaranteed to work, and carries a nice warranty. I bought a couple of there larger hydroponics systems, but they have a small selection of grow lights, I didnt see any 400w LED's but they do have a nice 600w multi-spectrum light, and I can say it works better then any other single spectrum light I ever used. 600w LED Grow Lights Panel | Grow Box, Hydroponic System, LED Grow Lights You dont need to get a ballast with it. EDIT: They have more lighting systems to, if that doesnt do it. its abit on the high end but its one of those things that you may not ever have to replace if its taken care of.
what i did was bend the side reflectors down and attached flex ducting to both sides attached to an inline duct fan, reduced heat just like a vented reflector would and saved alot of money.
I did a search on the site and alot of scam warnings came up. No offense, but I'm not going to chance a house fire by saving $100. Definitely going with lumatek.

lumatek is a great brand for ballasts. did you try ebay maybe? if not you could always search locally on craigslist and see if anyone has one they want to let go of. i loves me some craigslist.
been using them for years... fire hazard. set your shit up right and you wont have to worry about a fire hazard. plus i pulled the ballast completely apart to inspect it before using it. pretty solid. or you can buy a ballast, and socket and hook it up yourself. also craigslist warehouse shop lights. thats probably the best deal
Yeah that's a huge red flag when you google a place and the first few results are about them being a ripoff and a scam! Stick with Indoorgrowsource.com and get some decent gear and good service to boot! I have yet to hear a bad review for them also. Definitely not a regular over at ripoff-report.com like those other cats lol.
I tried eBay and found a few deals, but no packages with air cooled reflector. Tried Craigslist and found one light like mine, 150 hps. Lol i felt like writing the guy and saying, yeah we both should've gotten the 400 huh? Going with indoor grow source for sure. Everyone speaks highly of that dude. His name pops up alot in GC, and its all good. Best recommendations
